The ColecoVision ADAM FujiNet is a multi-function peripheral for the ColecoVision ADAM Family Computer. It currently provides floppy disk emulation, DDP (cassette) emulation, printer emulation, and an all-new network device. This single device has everything you need to use the ColecoVision ADAM in the 21st century. Everything you love from the Atari FujiNet is brought to the Adam computer.
The FujiNet is a network adapter that attaches to the ADAMNet (Peripheral) port of a ColecoVision Adam 8-bit computer system to a WiFi network; however, it has become an all-encompassing peripheral emulator. The current hardware is a design based on the ESP32-WROVER module and allows users to attach real ADAMNet devices simultaneously with #FujiNet.
The FujiNet is powered directly from the ADAMNet bus and no external power is required. You can, however, optionally power the FujiNet from the MicroUSB port on the back. If external power is applied, the power switch will not function to turn ON or OFF the FujiNet since power is being supplied directly to the ESP32-DEVKITC module. The MicroUSB port is also used to upgrade firmware and provides debug output messages to a serial monitor on a computer.
Connect an ADAMNet cable (RJ12 6P6C crossover) from the FujiNet IN port to an ADAMNet port on the Coleco ADAM system. You can optionally connect another ADMNet device (ie, keyboard or disk drive) to the OUT port on FujiNet with another ADAMNet cable.
